Diplomová práce se zabývá rozdíly ve smlouvách o zamezení dvojího zdanění uzavřených Českou republikou se státy jiných zemí. Zaměřuje se na oblast zdanění příjmů, a to jak příjmů aktivních, tak pasivních. Z aktivních příjmů se věnuje problematice stálé provozovny, zisků podniků a příjmů ze závislé činnosti a z pasivních příjmů zkoumá dividendy, licenční poplatky a zdaňování úroků. This diploma thesis deals with the differences in the treaties for the avoidance of double taxation concluded by the Czech Republic with the states of other countries.
