Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou principu subsidiarity v právu EU, jeho teoretickým zakotvením i aplikační praxí. Nejdříve je nastíněna geneze subsidiarity a filozofické kořeny, dále je princip interpretován v kontextu změn primárního práva až po Lisabonskou smlouvu. This thesis deals with analysis of the principle of subsidiarity within EU law, its theoretical ground and application practice. First, it outlines the genesis of subsidiarity and the philosophical roots, then the principle is interpreted in the context of changes of primary legislation till the Lisbon Treaty.
