Influence of MMT size distribution on final values of PP matrix
Abstract:
Úkolem této diplomové práce bylo se vyhodnotit a porovnat výsledky zkoušek vzorků plněných nanoplnivy o různých velikostí částic pužitého plniva. Kompozity byly připraveny dvoušnekovým vytlačovacím strojem. Zkušební vzorky byly vylisovány. Provedené zkoušky byly DMA, TGA, RTG analýzy, tahové zkoušky a hmostnostní index toku taveniny. The aim of this diploma thesis was analyze and compare tests results of samples filled with nanoclays contained various size of particles of using fillers. The compozites were prepared by using twin-screw extruder. Testing samples were moulded. DMA, TGA, RTG analysis, tensile tests and melt flow index were tested.
