Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat výkon spisové služby v návaznosti na digitalizaci dokumentů a zhodnotit, zdali se společnosti vyplatí digitalizovat za pomoci externího dodavatele, nebo vlastními prostředky. Za účelem posouzení efektivnosti procesů je zvolena metoda pozorování oběhu dokumentů, která současně zobrazuje časovou náročnost a nákladovost při zpracování dokumentů. The aim of this thesis is to describe the performance of records services in connection with the digitization of documents and assess whether a company pays with digitize the help of external contractors or own resources.
