Abstract:
Byla připravena řada monokrystalických vzorků složení Bi2-xTaxSe3, kde x = 0; 0,005; 0,01; 0,02 a 0,03. Vzorky byly charakterizovány RTG difrakcí a měřením teplotních závislostí elektrické vodivosti ., Hallova koeficientu RH a Seebeckova koeficientu . v oblasti teplot 100 ? 470 K. Z naměřených dat byl vypočten výkonový faktor PF = ..2. Bylo zjištěno, že příměs Ta-atomů v krystalové struktuře Bi2Se3 …more
