Bakalárska práca sa venuje bronchoalveolárnej laváži, následnému spracovaniu a súčasným možnostiam analýzy bronchoalveolárnej tekutiny. Bronchoalveolárna laváž je minimálne invazívna a šetrná metóda, ktorou je možné získať tekutinu obsahujúcu bunky, nebunečné zložky, epitélie a ďalšie častice nachádzajúce sa v najvzdialenejších oblastiach pľúc.
