Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá podnikáním osob samostatně výdělečně činných. V první části je vymezen stručný popis fyzických osob s příjmy ze samostatné činnosti, jejich práva, povinnosti, výhody a nevýhody jejich podnikání. V práci jsou také popsány jednotlivé druhy živností, rozdělení příjmů fyzických osob a uplatnění paušálních výdajů. Není zde opomenuta ani problematika zastřeného podnikání (tzv. Švarc systému). Ve druhé části diplomové práce jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé osoby samostatně výdělečně činné a jejich odvětví. Je zde provedena analýza používaných metod výpočtu daně z příjmů fyzických osob. Také je tu řešena problematika, zda je pro konkrétního podnikatele výhodné být plátcem daně z přidané hodnoty či nikoliv. V praktické části je řešena i situace, zda se poplatníku daně vyplatí automobil zahrnout nebo nezahrnout do obchodního majetku. Dále je řešena problematika rozhodování konkrétní osoby samostatně výdělečně činné, zda zvolí pravidelný měsíční příjem, možnost čerpání zaměstnaneckých benefitů, proplácení dovolené a další zaměstnanecké výhody, nebo se rozhodne podnikat jako nezávislá osoba ve statusu osoby samostatně výdělečně činné.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the business of self-employed. The first part defines a brief description of individuals with incomes from independent activities, their rights, obligations, advantages and disadvantages of their business. The paper also describes the different types of trades, distribution of personal income tax and the application of lump-sum expenses. There overlooked either issue a disguised business (ie. Svarc system). In the second part of this paper describes the self-employed and their industries. There is an analysis of the methods used for calculating the tax on income of individuals. Also, there is the problem, whether it is advantageous for the entrepreneur to be a payer of value added tax or not. In the practical part dealt with the situation if the tax payer pays the car to include or not to include commercial property. Furthermore, the issues of deciding on any particular self-employed, whether to choose a regular monthly income, the possibility of the use of employee benefits, payment of holiday and other employee benefits, or decide to do business as an independent entity in the status of self-employed persons.
