Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a hodnocení trvalých změn v oblasti zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve státní správě v důsledku pandemie koronaviru. Pandemie výrazně ovlivnila pracovní prostředí a nastolila nové výzvy pro zaměstnavatele ve veřejném sektoru. Cílem této práce je porozumět, jak se změnily a adaptovaly zaměstnanecké benefity v reakci na pandemii, a jak tyto změny ovlivňují pracovní podmínky a spokojenost zaměstnanců ve státní správě. Budou položeny tři výzkumné otázky k jejichž zodpovězení dojde pomocí analýzy nabídky zaměstnaneckých benefitů a vlastního dotazníkového šetření. Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu dopadů pandemie na pracovní prostředí a zaměstnanecké benefity ve státní správě. Jsou zkoumány různé aspekty, jako je home office, flexibilní pracovní doba, psychosociální podpora zaměstnanců a další benefity, které mohou přispět k lepší pracovní atmosféře a produktivitě. Dále se práce se věnuje konkrétním opatřením a změnám, které byly provedeny ve státní správě v oblasti zaměstnaneckých benefitů po skončení pandemie. Analyzují se nové programy, které mají podporovat zdraví a pohodu zaměstnanců, a zhodnocuje se, do jaké míry tyto benefity naplňují potřeby zaměstnanců. V závěru práce přináší zhodnocení dlouhodobých dopadů změn v zaměstnaneckých benefitech ve státní správě. Jsou zkoumány trendy v oblasti zaměstnaneckých preferencí a jak tyto trendy ovlivňují strategie zaměstnavatelů v oblasti benefitů. Práce končí doporučeními pro státní správu, jak efektivně a udržitelně měnit a přizpůsobovat zaměstnanecké benefity v nové realitě po pandemii. Tato práce přináší ucelený pohled na trvalou proměnu zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve státní správě, nabízí analýzu současného stavu a poskytuje doporučení pro budoucnost s ohledem na nové výzvy a potřeby zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of permanent changes in the field of employee benefits in the state administration as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. The pandemic has significantly affected the working environment and raised new challenges for public sector employers. The goal of this work is to understand how employee benefits have changed and adapted in response to the pandemic, and how these changes affect working conditions and employee satisfaction in the state administration. Three research questions will be asked, which will be answered by means of an analysis of the offer of employee benefits and an own questionnaire survey. The thesis focuses on the analysis of the impact of the pandemic on the working environment and employee benefits in the state administration. Various aspects such as home office, flexible working hours, psychosocial support of employees and other benefits that can contribute to a better working atmosphere and productivity are explored. Furthermore, the work deals with specific measures and changes that were implemented in the state administration in the field of employee benefits after the end of the pandemic. New programs designed to support employee health and well-being are analyzed and the extent to which these benefits meet employee needs are evaluated. At the end of the thesis, it provides an evaluation of the long-term effects of changes in employee benefits in the state administration. Trends in employee preferences and how these trends influence employer benefits strategies are explored. The work ends with recommendations for the state administration on how to effectively and sustainably change and adapt employee benefits in the new reality after the pandemic. This work brings a comprehensive view of the permanent transformation of employee benefits in the state administration, offers an analysis of the current state and provides recommendations for the future with regard to new challenges and needs of employees.
