Work motivation of employees in a chosen organisation

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pracovní motivací zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují pracovní motivaci podle mínění zaměstnanců vybrané organizace. Problematika motivace a teorií motivace a faktory, které mohou pracovní motivaci ovlivňovat, jsou představeny v úvodu práce. Následně práce předkládá výsledky provedeného kvantitativního výzkumného šetření, na jejichž základě autorka práce stanovuje, jaké diference lze pozorovat při komparaci hodnocení aktuálního působení a míry významnosti jednotlivých faktorů pracovní motivace ve vybrané organizaci. Na závěr práce shrnuje zjištěné poznatky a jsou zde uvedena doporučení pro zlepšení situace pracovní motivace ve vybrané organizaci.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the work motivation of employees in a chosen organisation. The aim of the thesis is to determine which factors affect work motivation in opinion of the chosen organisation’s employees. The matter of work motivation and theories of motivation and factors that may affect work motivation are presented in the beginning of the thesis. Subsequently, the thesis presents the results of executed quantitative research on whose basis the author of the thesis states what differences can be observed when comparing actual effect and the degree of importance of individual factors of work motivation in the chosen organisation. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes established information and also the recommendations for improving the situation of work motivation in the chosen organisation are stated here.
