Association between upper limb strength and shooting speed in ice hockey
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit vztah mezi silou horních končetin a rychlostí střelby v ledním hokeji. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 18 hráčů ledního hokeje (věk 17.7 ? 1.3 let), hrajících druhou nejvyšší juniorskou soutěž v ČR za tým AZ Havířov. Hráči byli podrobeni pěti testům v tělocvičně, které zkoumaly jejich silové schopnosti a na ledě pak byla testována rychlost střelby dvou základních variant střelby …more
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out the relationship between the strength of the upper limbs and the shooting speed in ice hockey. 18 ice hockey players (age 17.7 ? 1.3 years), playing the second highest junior competition in the Czech Republic for the AZ Havířov team, took part in the research.
