Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je čtenáři teoreticky vymezit problematiku asistenta pedagoga v předškolním vzdělávání a v rámci praktické části pak zjistit, jak vnímá svou pozici asistent pedagoga a jak tuto pozici vnímá pedagogický sbor vybrané mateřské školy, a identifikace faktorů, jenž ovlivňují spolupráci pedagogického sboru a asistentem vybrané mateřské školy. The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is to theoretically introduce the issue of teaching assistant in preschool education.
