The German speaking clientele in accommodation establishments in Liberec

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá německy mluvící klientelou v ubytovacích zařízeních v Liberci. Zkoumá, zda dochází k nárůstu či poklesu německých turistů ve vybraných ubytovacích zařízeních a dále důvody nárůstu nebo poklesu. V teoreticko-metodologické části je popsána historie města Liberec. Dále se zabývá pojmem ubytovací zařízení, jeho klasifikací a kategorizací. V závěru teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem cestovní ruch a jeho typologie. Analytická část se zabývá předpoklady cestovního ruchu, konkrétně jsou řešeny realizační a lokalizační faktory města Liberec. Závěr analytické části je věnován výzkumu, který proběhl ve formě dotazníkového šetření. Poslední částí této práce je návrhová část, která se zabývá problémy a nedostatky, jež byly zjištěny v analytické části. V závěru sestavíme návrhy, které by mohly vést ke zvýšení německé klientely v ubytovacích zařízeních v Liberci.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with German-speaking clientele in the hotels of Liberec. It will be investigated whether there is an increase or decrease of German tourists in the selected accommodation establishments and the reasons for these two indicators. The history of the city of Liberec will be described in the theoretical section. Further we will show the concept of accommodation, its classification and categorization. Finally, we will explain the concept of tourism and its typology. The analytical part deals with the expectation of tourism, specifically we will address the implementation and localization factors of Liberec. The conclusion of the analytical part will be devoted to research conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey. The last part of this work is the design part, which will address the problems and shortcomings that were identified in the analytical part. In the end we will introduce our suggestions which could lead to an increase of German clientele in the hotels of Liberec.
