Abstract:

Předmětem této práce je Edukace osob s mentálním postižením jako podpora jejich uplatnění na trhu práce. Tato práce má teoreticko - empirický charakter. Ve své teoretické části se práce nejprve zabývá těmi pojmy, které s daným tématem bezprostředně souvisejí. Představuje historii pojmu mentální postižení, uvádí klasifikaci tohoto postižení, zmiňuje vybrané příčiny daného postižení, představuje pojem edukace i pojem sociální podnikání. Druhá kapitola této práce nabízí přehled edukace osob s mentálním postižením v systému českého školství. Poslední teoretická kapitola této práce představuje různé typy pracovních programů vhodných pro osoby s mentálním postižením, přičemž důraz klade na sociální podniky. V poslední části této kapitoly jsou uvedeny názory související se zaměstnáváním mentálně postižených osob tak, jak je vnímají autoři portálu Dobromysl, který se zabývá problematikou celého spektra duševních onemocnění. Čtvrtá a pátá kapitola této práce jsou věnovány průzkumnému šetření, které bylo realizováno v rámci přípravy této práce. Průzkumné šetření má kvalitativní design a jeho hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, zda primární edukace napomáhá jedincům s mentálním postižením uplatnit se na trhu práce a začlenit se do majoritní společnosti. Za základní průzkumnou metodu byl zvolen polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Respondenty šetření byli pracovníci sociálních podniků, které zaměstnávají mentálně postižené osoby. Data získaná rozhovory jsou v práci zpracována a interpretována narativním způsobem. Témata vzniklá komparací dat jsou představena v diskusi. Pro dokreslení tématu zaměstnávání osob s mentálním postižením jsou v páté kapitole této práce uvedeny dvě případové studie. Praktickým cílem této práce je seznámit se blíže s danou problematikou a následně využít získaná data pro zpětnou konzultaci s pracovníky sociálních podniků, kteří zaměstnávají pracovníky s mentálním postižením.

Abstract:

The object of this work is the education of people with intellectual disabilities as their support on the work market. This work has theoretical - empirical character. In its theoretical part it first deals with concepts which directly related with this theme. Presents the history of the concept of mental disability, makes the classification of disability mentions, selected causes of disability, introduces the concept of education and the concept of social entrepreneurship. The second section of this paper provides an overview of education of persons with mental disabilities in the Czech education system. The last theoretical chapter of this thesis presents different types of work programs suitable for people with mental disabilities, with emphasis on the social enterprises. In the last section of this chapter opinions related the employment of mentally disabled people, as perceived by the authors Dobromysl portal that deals with the whole spectrum of mental illness. The fourth and fifth chapters of this work are devoted to exploratory investigation which was carried out in preparation of this work. Exploratory investigation has a qualitative design and its main objective was to determine whether primary education helps individuals with mental disabilities to succeed in the labor market and integrate into mainstream society. As a basic survey method was chosen the semi-structured interview. Survey respondents were employees of social enterprises that employ mentally disabled persons. Data obtained with interviews are interpreted in a narrative way. Topics comparisons resulting data are presented in the discussion. To illustrate the issue of employment of people with intellectual disabilities are in the fifth chapter of this work, two case studies. The practical aim of this work is to get acquainted with this issues and then use the data in the reverse consultation with workers of social enterprises that employ workers with mental disabilities.
