Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou trhu s rezidenčními nemovitostmi v závislosti na vývoji klíčových makroekonomických ukazatelů ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie. Cílem práce je tuto závislost nalézt a zhodnotit ji na základě dat o vývoji HPI, HDP,příjmů, inflace, nezaměstnanosti a úrokových sazeb mezi lety 2005-2018. The thesis deals with the analysis of residential real estate market in relation to the development of key macroeconomic indicators in selected European Union countries.
