Diplomová práce v první kapitole přináší názory odborníků na osobnostní charakteristiky advokáta. Následuje stručný historický přehled advokacie v Českých zemích. V dalších částech se práce zabývá právy a povinnostmi advokáta. Hlavní část zpracovává data získaná z odpovědí na originální dotazník rozeslaný advokátům. First chapter presents expert view on personal characteristics of an attorney. Following part contains brief historical summary of the legal proffesion in the Czech lands. The next section deals with the rights and duties of an attorney. Main part evaluates data obtained from replies to own questionnaire sent out to attorneys.
