Hlavným cieľom tejto záverečnej bakalárskej práce je poukázať na vývoj manažmentu a jeho podstatných teórií. Najväčšiu pozornosť venujeme teórií pracovnej motivácie, ktorú budeme analyzovať od jej vzniku, až po súčasnosť.
