Polymerase Chain Reaction, Course And Its Use For Diagnosis Of Genetical Disorders

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám popisem geneticky dědičných onemocnění pomocí polymerázové řetězové reakce. V první části popisuji princip a typy polymerázové řetězové reakce, dále se věnuji typům a diagnostice diabetu mellitus a enzymům, jež ovlivňují rozvoj této choroby. V následující části se zabývám popisem a diagnostikou Gilbertova syndromu a enzymům, jež zhoršují průběh tohoto chronického onemocnění.

Abstract:

In my bachelor's thesis, I deal with the description of genetically inherited diseases using the polymerase chain reaction. In the first part, I describe the principle and types of the polymerase chain reaction, then I focus on the types and diagnosis of diabetes mellitus and the enzymes that influence the development of this disease. In the following part, I pursue the description and diagnosis of Gilbert's syndrome and the enzymes that make the course of this chronic disease worse.
