Cílem práce „Determinanty cen nemovitostí“ je nalezení vhodného ekonometrického modelu na základě metody nejmenších čtverců. Jako územní celek k analýze byl vybrán Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. The subject matter of Bachelor’s Thesis "Determinants of house prices is" to find an appropriate econometric model using a method of ordinary least squares. The territory used for an analysis is Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. In the first part of a thesis, there are mentioned some authors, who studied hedonic price models and their application.
