Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením vlastností biodegradovatelného kompozitního materiálu s hierarchickou textilní strukturou. V teoretické části je popsán princip kompozitních systémů, jejich dělení a výroby. Dále je rozebrána problematika textilních struktur, zejména tkanin a pletenin, použitých jako výztuž v kompozitních dílech. V neposlední řadě je popsán princip a vliv povrchových modifikací vlákenných struktur. Nakonec je jedna kapitola věnována přípravě a využití kyselině polymléčné. V experimentální části je v úvodu popsán použitý materiál matrice a vlastnosti zvolených textilií. Dále je popsána příprava kompozitních vzorků technologií zastřikování a následně je zkoumán vliv typu výztuže, její orientace a povrchové modifikace na vybrané vlastnosti kompozitů na základě zkoušky v ohybu, tahu a zkoušek rázové houževnatosti.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the properties of biodegradable composite material with hierarchic textile structure. The theoretical part describes the principal of the composite system, classification and manufacture. Issues of textile structures, more precisely woven fabric and knitting, as reinforcement in composites are included. Last but not least, the principle and surface treatment of fiber structures are explained. Last chapter is devoted to the preparation and usage of polylactic acid. The experimental part starts with a description of matrix material and properties of chosen textiles. Next, the preparation of composite samples by in-mould technology is described. Subsequently, the impact of the type of textile, orientation and surface treatment on mechanical properties of composites is analyzed based on the test of flexural properties, tensile properties and by the impact resistance test.
