Abstract:

Anotace Diplomová práce je zaměřena na utváření profesní identity u studentů a absolventů studia psychologie. V teoretické části je vymezen vysokoškolský věk z hlediska psychosociálního vývoje, jsou zde popsány teoretické přístupy k identitě, na jejich základě je vymezeno chápání profesní identity v této práci a stručně nastíněn profesní vývoj jedince. Empirická část je zaměřena na objasnění některých aspektů profesního vývoje a utváření profesní identity u studentů psychologie během studia a při získávání prvních profesních zkušeností. Nalezené obecné tendence profesního utváření jsou interpretovány ve vztahu k odlišným stylům sebedefinování respondentů.

Abstract:

Abstract The thesis is focused on the formation of professional identity of the psychology students and the graduates. In a theoretical part the age of college years is described in psychosocial developmental view, further there are described a theoretical approaches to an identity, on the basis of that the professional identity is defined and one’s vocational development is shortly described. The empirical part is focused on the clarification of some aspects of the vocational development and the vocational identity formation during the university studies and getting first professional experiences. Discovered general tendency of the professional formation are interpreted in relation to the different identity styles, which the respondents use.
