Shared workspace as a form of modern employee benefit
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sdílené pracovní místo jako moderní benefit pro zaměstnance. V práci jsou popsány výhody a nevýhody sdílených pracovních míst a jsou zde diskutovány nejlepší postupy pro jejich implementaci. V rámci teoretické části se bakalářská práce zaměřuje také na motivaci zaměstnanců a na poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů obecně.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis focuses on shared workspaces as a modern employee benefit. The thesis describes the advantages and disadvantages of shared workspaces and discusses best practices for their implementation. The theoretical part of the thesis also explores employee motivation and the provision of employee benefits in general.
