Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na korupci, jakožto sociální deviaci. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na typologii sociální deviace, korupce, kde jsou také popsány její příčiny, oblasti, kde se korupce vyskytuje a přehled vývoje. Dále se teoretická část věnuje právními úpravami korupce, charakterizuje úplatkářství či vymezuje ochranu společnosti. V praktické části jsou uskutečněny poznatky z části teoretické. Jsou zde charakterizovány města, ve kterých se identifikoval stav korupce. Prostředky, které byly zjištěny vlastním terénním šetřením, jsou následně vyhodnoceny. Nakonec jsou zde vypracovány návrhy a doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with problems of curruption a a social deviance. In the theoretical part of the thesis is it acquaints with the knowledge of typology social deviance, corruption, description of causes, parts if places where the corruption is the worst and the outline of progress. The practical part is based on quantitative research. The research tool is a questionnaire survey which tries to find out the view of dwellers from Prague and Brno on the curruption situation and compare they answers then assess them.
