Metamorphic evolutin of the carbonate-evaporitic complex in the olesnice group-moravicum

Abstract:

Práce propojuje studium mramorů olešnické skupiny moravika se studiem muskovit-plagioklasových poloh, které v rámci těchto mramorů tvoří uzavřené konkordantně uložené čočky. Mramory i muskovit-plagioklasové horniny byly studovány polarizačním mikroskopem, katodoluminiscenčním mikroskopem a elektronovou mikrosondou. Po určení minerálních asociací na jednotlivých lokalitách a po studiu reakčních struktur pomocí katodoluminiscence byly sestaveny pravděpodobné metamorfní reakce na jednotlivých lokalitách ze kterých pak byly odhadnuty přibližné metamorfní podmínky celého komplexu hornin. Výsledky studia muskovit skapolitových poloh byly následně srovnány se starším výzkumem, kde tyto polohy byly interpretovány jako ložní žíly silně alterovaných silikáty chudých aplitů. Na základě nově zjištěných faktů, zejména pak přítomnosti Cl bohatých skapolitů a dravitu spolu s celkovou pozicí studované horniny pak byla navržena teorie vzniku těchto poloh metamorfózou původně sedimentárních hornin. Studium reakcí v horninách pak ukázálo, že metamorfní stupeň větší části studované oblasti odpovídá P/T podmínkám vzniku tremolitu, s výjimkou nejvýchodnější části, kde je předpokládán metamorfní stupeň o něco nižší.

Abstract:

This work interconnets the study of marbles and study of muscovite-plagioclase beds in several region-spread localities in Olešnice group (Moravikum). The muscovite-plagioclase rocks are forming concordant layers enclosed in the marble beds. Both marbles and muscovite-plagioclase rocks were studied in thin sections by polarization microscope, cathodoluminiscence microscope and by electron microprobe. Firstly the mineral associations were determined and after cathodoluminisce studies of reaction structures there were suggested probable metamorphic reactions. Results of muscovite-plagioclase rocks study were compared with the the former works, in which these rocks were interpreted as strongly altered injections of silica-poor aplites. Based on the new research, ecpecially the presence of Cl-rich scapolites and dravite in the mineral assemblage and the complex position of the rock it is suggested in the work that the origin of the muscovite-plagioclase rock is sedimentary with the consequential metamorphosis. The metamorphic reactions study lead to the estimation of metamorphic conditions. It was found, that metamorphic grade in most of studied area corresponds with P/T conditions of emergence of tremolite. From these conditions differed only the most eastern parts, where the metamorphic conditions were probably little lower.
