Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá trestnými činy z nenávisti. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy jako antisemitismus, rasismus, terorismus a extremismus. Dále je rozebíráno prostředí, ve kterém jsou tyto trestné činy nejčastěji páchány, a jsou identifikovány skupiny společnosti, na kterých se často projevují. This bachelor thesis deals with hate crimes. In the theoretical part the basic concepts such as anti-semitism, racism, terrorism and extremism are described. Furthermore, the environment in which these crimes are most often committed is analysed and the groups of society on which they often manifest themselves are identified.
