Tato diplomová práce se zabývá metodou strategického řízení Balanced Scorecard. Jejím cílem je především zhodnotit aktuálnost a použití této metody v soukromém sektoru. K tomu, krom jiného, využívá dotazníkové šetření v Ústeckém kraji či aplikaci na firmu podnikající v oblasti technických plynů. Významnou částí je i objasnění historického vývoje této metody. This Master thesis deals with a strategic management method called Balanced Scorecard. Its goal is mainly evaluate topicality and use of this method in private sector. It uses, among other things, questionnaire survey in Ústí nad Labem Region or application on the company which runs a business in area of technical gases.
