Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám podnikatelským plánem pro založení baru. Cílem mé práce je zjistit, zda by se podnikání v této oblasti vyplatilo. V teoretické části vysvětluji, co to podnikatelský plán je, k čemu slouží a popisuji jeho jednotlivé části, jako například popis organizace, plán nákladů a finanční plán. V praktické části provádím analýzu makroprostředí, popisuji zakládanou firmu a sestavuji samotný podnikatelský plán – zaměřuji se na plán nákladů a plán tržeb, počítám rentabilitu vlastního kapitálu, bod zvratu a dobu návratnosti investice. Na závěr provádím vyhodnocení investice.

Abstract:

My work is concerned with business plan for set up a bar. The target of my work is find out if businnes in this sphere can be successful. In my theoretical part of work I explain what the business plan is and I describe it´s part´s, for example description of organization, plan of costs and financial plan. My practical part is concerned with analysis of macrosetting of company, then I describe the bar and put together business plan for the bar – I concentrate on plan of costs and plan of sales, calculate return on equity, break even point and repayment time of the investment. In the end of work I do evaluation of investment.
