Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma "Ergoterapie u juvenilní idiopatické atritidy" se zabývá vytvořením kompletního obrazu a komplexního přehledu informací vypovídající o komplikované problematice onemocnění a přiblížením významu i nepostradatelnosti současného ergoterapeutického působení. Bakalářská práce je koncipována do dvou samostatných částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická východiska obsahují stručnou charakteristiku oboru revmatologie a anatomie kloubního aparátu, avšak největší pozornost věnuji rozboru juvenilní idiopatické artritidy. První část pojednává rovněž o ucelené rehabilitaci a ergoterapii juvenilní idiopatické artritidy z hlediska cílů, specifik ergoterapie u dětských klientů a podobám intervenčního procesu. Hlavní, praktická část se vztahuje k případové studii dětského klienta s diagnostikovanou juvenilní idiopatickou artritidou v entezopatické formě a jejím obsahem je vstupní i výstupní ergoterapeutické vyšetření, kdy na základě aplikovaných postupů byly stanoveny ergoterapeutické plány, terapeutické cíle, vypracovány manuály pro autoterapii klienta a informační materiál vztahující se ke vhodnosti aktivit v období remise i ataky onemocnění.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis called "Occupational therapy in juvenile idiopathic arthritis" aims to create the complete picture, complex overview of information about complicated problematic of juvenile idiopathic arthritis and to describe meaning and essential need of today's occupational therapy. This work is divided into two parts -theoretical and practical. Theoretical basis contains brief characteristics of rheumatology field and joints anatomy. However, I pay the biggest attention to the field of juvenile idiopathic arthritis. First part of the work is also about comprehensive rehabilitation and occupational therapy of juvenile idiopathic arthritis in terms of goals, specifics of occupational therapy for children clients with diagnosed juvenile idiopathic arthritis and forms of interventional process. Main, practical part is case study of child client with diagnosed juvenile idiopathic arthritis in enthesopathic form. Input and output examination where based on applied procedures have been created occupational therapy schedules, therapeutic goals, manuals for clients auto therapy and information material relating to appropriate activities in periods of remission and also disease attack.
