Práce je zaměřena na právní úpravu činnosti agentur práce spočívající v agenturním zaměstnávání. Nejprve stručně popisuje existující formy zapojení občanů do zaměstnání. This thesis deals with the legal regulation of Employment Agencies’ activity which consists in agency employment. At first it briefly describes existing forms of citizen engagement in employment.
