Bakalářská práce „Změna motivačních faktorů na základní škole“ je zaměřena na prozkoumání změn motivačních faktorů mezi dvěmi věkovými skupinami. V úvodu teoretické části je definován pojem motivace. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis “ Transformation in Motivating Factors at a Basic School” is focused on the exploration of changes in motivating factors between two different age groups. The beginning of the theoretical part defines what motivation is. Then needs and incentives, and also the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs are discussed.
