Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje analýze rozkladu ve srovnání s odvoláním. V prvé řadě jsou vymezeny teoretické poznatky nejen o řádných opravných prostředcích, ale částečně se práce věnuje i otázce struktury veřejné správy a smyslu ústředních správních úřadů. Thesis deals with remonstrance analysis in comparison to an appeal. Firstly it defines theoretical knowledge not only about regular remedial measure but it also deals with question of public administration structure and purpose of central state administration body.
