Eye-tracking aplications in cartography
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi eye-trackingu v kartografii. Popisuje základní informace o této technologii, principy, na kterých funguje a přístroje, kterými můžeme směr pohledu sledovat. Dále se zabývá praktickým využitím eye-trackingu se zaměřením na kartografii. Součástí bakalářské práce je i vlastní testování zabývající se vyhledáváním jmen na mapách.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on possibilities of eye-tracking technology in cartography. The work describes basic information about eye-tracking, how this technology works and which devices are used to provide us data about eye scanpaths. The main part of this thesis comprises of analysis of eye-tracking applications in cartography. This work also includes experiment focused on searching names on maps.
