Abstract:

Předmětem této diplomové práce je projekt na zavedení investičního controllingu do firmy NTS Prometal Machining, s.r.o. V první části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky související s problematikou controllingu, řízení investic a investičního controllingu. Pozornost je věnována vysvětlení základních pojmů z oblasti investiční činnosti a investičního controllingu. Navazující praktická část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu řízení podnikových investic a provádění činností spadajících do investičního controllingu ve firmě NTS Prometal Machining, s.r.o. Na základě výsledků provedené analýzy jsou zhodnoceny přednosti a nedostatky současného stavu. Výsledkem práce je návrh na zavedení investičního controllingu a zpracována metodika procesu řízení investic v podmínkách firmy NTS Prometal Machining, s.r.o. Metodika investičního procesu je popsána dle jednotlivých fází. Součástí je určení činností controllera a zúčastněných osob. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny ekonomické přínosy, nákladnost řešení a možná rizika.

Abstract:

The main aim of this diploma thesis is implementation of investment controlling in the NTS Prometal Machining, s.r.o. company. The theoretical part deals with definition of the field of investment control and investment controlling. Attention is paid especially to a definition of items of investment activity and investment controlling. The subsequent practical part analyses current situation in the field of investment controlling usage in the NTS Prometal Machining, s.r.o. company. The project results in the suggestion of the implementation of controlling and procedure of investment process. This procedure is described phase by phase. There are defined competence of controller and related persons in that part of diploma thesis. The thesis is finished with a benefits, costs and risk analysis.
