Cílem mé bakalářské práce je přiblížení zákona č. 182/2006 Sb., o úpadku a způsobech jeho řešení (insolvenční zákon), který vešel v účinnost k 1.1.2008 a nahradil tak zákon č. 328/1991 Sb., o konkursu a vyrovnání. Práce analyzuje především nové sanační formy řešení úpadku – reorganizaci a oddlužení včetně forem řešení úpadku již zrušeného zákona o konkursu a vyrovnání. Zároveň přibližuje konkurs a …more
Abstract:
The aim of this work is explanation of the Act number 182/2006 Coll., Insolvency Act which entered in operation 1.1.2008 and substituted Act number 328/1991 Coll., Bankruptcy Act. This work particularly analyzes new forms of resolution of bankruptcy – reorganization, discharge from debts including forms of resolution of bankruptcy resulting from already cancelled Bankruptcy Act.
