Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá uceleným náhledem na trestněprávní aspekty dopingu ve sportu, kdy postupně představuje tyto aspekty v širších trestněprávních souvislostech, především s ohledem na zásadu subsidiarity trestní represe.
