The aim of this thesis is to provide a complex analysis of particular criminal actions against property in terms of the current valid legislation and consequently to compare selected crimes. Cieľom práce je vykonať dôslednú analýzu jednotlivých trestných činov proti majetku v zmysle súčasnej platnej právnej úpravy a následne porovnať vybrané trestné činy. Prvá kapitola ozrejmí medzinárodnoprávnu a ústavnoprávnu ochranu majetku v Slovenskej republike, a vymedzí jej trestnoprávny rámec.
