Abstract:
The goal of the thesis is to estimate, analyze and compare the V/EBIT(1-t) multiplier for two companies and use decomposition to analyze the value creation. And we also analyze the financial characteristics of two companies, after that we use the quick test to rate the two companies. in energy industry, where one of two companies is from Czech and one from China.
