Předmětem bakalářské práce „Aplikovaná politika hospodářské soutěže na telekomunikačním trhu“ je ověření, do jaké míry se teorie soutěžní politiky shoduje s reálným případem kartelových dohod mezi T-Mobile a Vodafone, zdali je soudobá teorie schopná popsat a identifikovat aktuální problémy kartelů a zda aplikovaná politika dokáže dohody na telekomunikačním trhu odkrýt a eliminovat. The goal of the bachelor thesis “Applied politics of economic competition in the telecommunication market” is to analyse measure and impact of competition policy on real case of cartel agreement between T-Mobile and Vodafone, ability of contemporary theories to describe and identify current problems with cartels and capability of applied politics to expose and eliminate anti-competitive practices. …more
