Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou pracovní zátěže a pracovní spokojenosti u učitelů mateřských škol. Teoretická část práce je věnována objasnění základních pojmů souvisejících s pracovní zátěží a pracovní spokojeností jako jsou pracovní stres, pracovní motivace či faktory spokojenosti. The bachelor thesis is concerned with analysis of workload and job satisfaction among kindergarten teachers. The theoretical part of thesis is devoted to the clarification of basic terms related to workload and job satisfaction, such as work stress, work motivation or factors of satisfaction.
