Abstract:
V diplomové práci pojednávám o notáři a jeho agendě v konkurenci právnických profesí. V první kapitole popisuji jednotlivé právnické profese s ohlédnutím jak do minulosti, tak současnosti. Druhá kapitola se zabývá vztahem mezi notářem a advokátem se zaměřením na jejich koexistenci a konkurenci. Ve třetí kapitole se věnuji notáři stojícím mezi soudním komisařem a soudcem v průběhu času. Abstract:
In my diploma thesis, I deal with the topic of a notary and a notary's agenda in competition with other legal professions. In the first chapter, I describe particular legal professions with a focus on past and present.
