The coming czech teacher on the german basic school

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Český budoucí učitel na základní německé škole se zabývá osobností učitele se zvláštním zaměřením na učitele začínajícího a působícího na základní německé škole. Je tvořena dvěma části, a to částí teoretickou a částí praktickou. Teoretická část byla rozdělena do 4 hlavních kapitol, týkajících se pojmu učitel, českého školství, německého školství a spolupráce organizace Totem s Ehrenamt Cham. V dílčích podkapitolách pak byly, na základě teoretické reflexe odborné literatury, vymezeny termíny učitel, budoucí a začínající učitel, systém českého a německého školství se zvláštním zaměřením na základní školy, jak v České republice, tak Německu. Praktická část práce vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu uskutečněného formou případových studií a interview. Na základě analýzy dat z rozhovorů a případových studií byly provedeny rozbory zjištěných údajů a porovnány výpovědi respondentek. Následně byl vypracován přehled odpovědí na výzkumné otázky a provedeno vyhodnocení celého výzkumu.

Abstract:

The bachelor work Czech intending teacher at an elementary German school deals with a teacher´s personality with a special focus on a beginning teacher and working at an elementary German school. It consits of two parts, a theoretical and a practical. The theoretical part was devided in four main chapters concerning to a term a teacher, the Czech educational system, the German educational system and cooperation of the Totem organization with Ehernamt Cham. Terms as a teacher, intending and beginning teacher, the Czech and German school system with a special focus on elementary school were definied in partial subchapters based on a theortical reflection of professional literature both in the Czech Republic and in Germany. The practical part is derived from a realized survey created by a case study and interview. Based on the interview´s and the case study data the analysis was carried out and answers of respondents were compared. Consequently the answer summary was worked out and the evaluation of the whole survey as well.
