Tato absolventská práce se zaměřuje na motivaci k dobrovolnické službě. Cílem je zjistit, jaká motivace vedla dobrovolníky vybrat si organizaci Bílý kruh bezpečí Olomouc. This thesis focuses on the motivation for volunteer service. The aim is to find out what motivation led the volunteers to choose the organization White Circle of Safety Olomouc. Chapter 5 contains interpretive data based on the results of interviews with volunteers of the organization.
