Práce se zabývá dokazováním v civilním procesu. Rozebírá zásady, jež se v průběhu dokazování uplatňují a dále předmět a průběh dokazování, stejně jako jednotlivé důkazní prostředky. Podrobně se věnuje zejména břemenu tvrzení a důkaznímu břemenu, a to nejenom v teoretickém rozboru těchto institutů, ale zejména jejich uplatnění v praxi. The introductory part describes legal concepts such as proof, proving and item of evidence. The other things I write about are principles that are used during the proving, subject of proving and phases of proving. In the next parts I describe items of evidence and burden of allegation.
