Psychological requirements of successful communication of the auditors and tax consultants with their clients
Abstract:
Teoretický rozbor psychologických faktorů ovlivňujících obchodní jednání se zaměřením na problematiku účetního a daňového poradenství s hlavním důrazem na komunikační dovednosti. Praktické rady pro využívaní psychologie v této oblasti. Porovnání se zkušeností autora z praxe u poradenské firmy.
Abstract:
Theoretical analysis of the psychological elements affecting dealing focused on problems of the auditor and tax consultancy with emphasis on communication skills. Practical suggestions for usage of the psychology in such a line of business. Comparing to practice of writer with her experience from the consultant firm.
