Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem Informovanost žen při přípravě ke gynekologické operaci LAVH je zaměřena na informovanost žen před plánovanou operací o předoperační přípravě a pooperační péči. Teoretická část je zaměřena na operaci LAVH, výhody a nevýhody, indikace a kontraindikace této operace, a možné komplikace. Dále jsem se zaměřila na předoperační přípravu, předoperační vyšetření, pooperační péči, psychickou přípravu a edukaci pacientek. Edukace pacientek před plánovanou gynekologickou operací je velice důležitá, především v zmírnění předoperačního stresu a úzkosti. Vhodně zvolená edukace může mít pozitivní vliv na rekonvalescenci pacientky po operaci. Ke zpracování této problematiky bylo zvoleno kvantitativní výzkumné šetření. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zpracovat edukační brožuru pro pacientky. Praktická část práce obsahuje zjištěné údaje o informovanosti pacientek gynekologického oddělení Mulačovy nemocnice v Plzni. Výsledky jsou statisticky zpracovány a znázorněny v tabulkách. V závěru práce se nachází shrnutí zjištěných informací.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis with name Women in the preparation of information to LAVH gynaecological operation is focused on the awareness of women before elective surgery on preoperative preparation and postoperative care. The theoretical part is focused on the surgery LAVH, advantages and disadvantages, indications and contraindications of this surgery, and possible complications. Furthermore, I focused on the preoperative preparation, preoperative evaluation, postoperative care, psychological preparation and education of patients. Education of patients before elective gynaecological operations is very important, especially in the alleviation of pre-operative stress and anxiety. An appropriately chosen education can have a positive influence on the convalescence of the patient after surgery. For processing this issue has been chosen the quantitative research investigation. The aim of the thesis was to process the educational brochure for the patient. The practical part of the work contains survey data on the awareness of patients gynecological department Mulačovy hospital in Pilsen. The results are statistically processed and shown in tables. At the conclusion of the work is located a summary of the identified information.
