Abstract:
Absolventská práce na téma trest obecně prospěšné práce. Práce se věnuje podmínkám a výkonu trestu obecně prospěšných prací. Cílem práce je rozebrat vývoj pohledů na trestání, vysvětlit vztah alternativních trestů k trestu odnětí svobody. Dále popsat právní vývoj trestu obecně prospěšných prací podmínky jeho ukládání dospělým i mladistvým a rozebrat jeho výhody.
Abstract:
Graduate thesis on the topic of community work. The work deals with the conditions and performance of community service. The aim of this thesis is the development of views on punishment, to explain the relationship of alternative sentences to imprisonment. Furthermore, the legal development of community service, conditions of storage for adults and adolescents and analyze its advantages.
