Abstract:
Cílem této práce je analýza dlouhodobého majetku a stanovení zbytkové hodnoty majetku statutárního města Zlína. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se zabývám vymezením pojmu obec a obecní majetek, legislativním normám vztahujícím se k majetku a rozpočtu a analýze v municipálních jednotkách. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of non-current assets and the determination of residual value of non-current assets of Statutory Town of Zlín. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical.
