Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá odměňováním a motivací. Dále popisuje platební mechanismy mzdy, jako je splatnost mzdy, výplata mzdy a srážka mzdy. V neposlední řadě charakterizuje účtování mezd. Praktická část využívá teoretické poznatky k analýze odměňovacího a motivačního systému vybraného malého podniku. Abstract:
The first part of the bachelor thesis deals with reward and motivation. It also describes wage payment mechanisms, such as wage maturity, wage payment and wage deduction. In the end, the series is characterized by payroll accounting. The practical part uses the theoretical background for the analysis of the remuneration system in a small manufacturing enterprise.
