Influence of condensation time on properties of carbon aerogels
Abstract:
Prekurzory přípravy uhlíkatých aerogelů byly resorcinol a formaldehyd. Jako katalyzátory reakcí byly použity Na2CO3 a HCl. Sol-gel polykondenzací resorcinolu a formaldehydu vznikl organický gel. Kondenzace roztoku probíhala různě dlouhou dobu, měřenou v hodinách a ve dnech. Mokré gely byly sušeny za subkritických podmínek. Organické aerogely byly pyrolýzou převedeny na uhlíkaté aerogely. Abstract:
Resorcinol and formaldehyde were used as precursors of the preparation of carbon aerogels. Na2CO3 and HCl were used as catalysts of reactions. Organic gel was created by sol-gel polycondensation of resorcinol and formaldehyde. Condensation of the solution took place in different periods of time range of hours and days.
