Abstract:

Cílem práce je porovnat působení dynamického a PNF strečinku na explozivní silové schopnosti dolních končetin u dospělých fotbalistů a hokejistů. Teoretická východiska byla rozdělena do několika samostatných kapitol. Počateční kapitoly se zabývají přípravou celého organismu na ohybové zatížení, pojmem strečinku, jeho druhy, fyziologií strečinku a zda zařadit fázi warm-up před rozcvičením či nikoli. Další kapitoly se věnují již kloubní pohyblivostí samotnou, jejími druhy a způsoby rozvoje. V poslední řadě jsme charakterizovali dvě sportovní odvětví hokej a fotbal, jejich fyziologické aspekty a těmito se budu zabývat prakticky i ve svém výzkumu. V praktické části jsme porovnávali dva námi vybrané druhy strečinku. Jedná se o dynamický a PNF strečink. Pro zjištění jsme si vybrali dva motorické testy: skok daleký s odrazem snožmo z místa a vertikální výskok. Našim hlavním úkolem bylo tedy porovnat, který z těchto dvou strečinků je efektivnější. Výzkum byl proveden na dvou lokalitách. Výzkum u hráčů hokeje probíhal na zimním stadionu v Ústí nad Labem a u hráčů fotbalu na fotbalovém hřišti v Ústí nad Labem. Šetření se zúčastnilo celkem 42 testovaných sportovců. Na základě našich výsledků bylo prokázáno, že u fotbalistů po aplikaci dynamického strečinku se výkony hráčů významně neliší od PNF strečinku. Také jsme nalezli, že naopak u hokejistů docházelo k lepším výkonům po aplikaci dynamického strečinků než u PNF strečinku. Po srovnání výkonů mezi fotbalisty a hokejisty můžeme konstatovat, že opět nebyl nalezen statisticky významný rozdíl ve výkonech po dynamickém a PNF strečinku.

Abstract:

The aim is to compare the effects of dynamic and PNF stretching on explosive power capability of the lower limbs in adult footballers and hockey players. The theoretical part was divided into several chapters, where he first studied and stretching his comrades, the physiology of stretching and whether to include stage warm-up before the warm-or not. In subsequent chapters, we focused on joint mobility, its types and ways of development. Finally, we characterized two sports sector hockey and football, which we chose for our research. In the practical part we compared the two of us selected types of stretching. This is a dynamic and PNF stretching. To determine we chose two motor tests, long jump with two legs reflection of the place and the vertical jump. Our main task was to compare which of the two is more effective stretching. The research was conducted at two locations. Research conducted by the hockey players on the ice rink and football players at the football field in Usti nad Labem. The survey was a total of 42 people tested. Based on our results, it was shown that among footballers by dynamic stretching the performances of players not much different from PNF stretching. Also, we found that on the contrary the hockey team there to perform better after the application of dynamic stretching than the PNF stretching. After comparing the performance of football players and hockey players we can say that again there was no difference in performance after dynamic and PNF stretching.
