Current Trends and Perspectives of Mutual Trade Cooperation between Czech and Chinese Entities

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá otázkou vzájemné obchodní spolupráce českých a čínských subjektů. Zaměřena je především na současné trendy a perspektivy v této oblasti. První kapitola je věnována vývoji české a čínské ekonomiky a politiky. Je zde také nahlédnuto do oblasti kulturních specifik obou zemí a jejich vlivu na obchodní jednání podnikatelských subjektů. Součástí je také vývoj zahraničního obchodu ČR a ČLR a specifikace významných center průmyslu, obchodu a financí v Číně. Druhá část práce se orientuje na konkrétní současnou česko-čínskou obchodní spolupráci s výhledem na budoucí perspektivní oblasti vzájemného obchodování. Nastíněny jsou podnikatelské příležitosti a perspektivní obory pro vzájemný obchod obou dvou zemí. V rámci této kapitoly jsou uvedeny také možnosti a nejčastější formy vstupu podnikatelských subjektů na konkrétní trh v rámci těchto dvou zemí. Poslední část je věnována česko-čínské obchodní spolupráci z praktického hlediska. Její součástí je i výzkum zaměřený na české subjekty působící na čínském trhu, čínské subjekty podnikající v České republice a agentury a instituce poskytující českým subjektům informace o vstupu na čínský trh. Součástí jsou rozhovory s odborníky i dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na širokou veřejnost.

Abstract:

This work occupies with the question of mutual trade cooperation between Czech and Chinese entities. It is concentrated especially on current trends and perspectives in this area. The first chapter deals with the development of the Czech and Chinese economy and policy. It focuses on the area of culture specifics of both countries and also on their influence on business negotiation between enterprise entities. There is also a part of international trade development between Czech Republic and China and the specification of significant industrial, trade and finance centers in China. The second part of this work is oriented on current Czech-Chinese trade cooperation with the future prospect on perspective trade areas. There are also outlined enterprise opportunities and perspective branches for the mutual trade between both countries. In terms of this chapter there are also stated some possibilities and the most common forms of the entrance of the entities to the particular market in terms of these two countries. The last part is focused on Czech-Chinese trade cooperation in the practical point of view. One part of this last chapter is also the research which is oriented on the Czech entities functioning on the Chinese market, on the Chinese entities enterprising in the Czech Republic and agencies and institutions providing foreign market entrance information for the Czech entities. Expert speeches and questionnaire focused on the general public are also included.
